About the Job: Under the direction of the Site Manager, the Volleyball Instructor is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players, coaches and parents. The Volleyball Instructor will lead practice and games providing expert instruction in our 7 to 13 year old age range. The i9 Sports Volleyball Instructor is a responsible, well organized, motivated individual who will drive the development of each athlete they coach by providing age-appropriate instruction, teaching good sportsmanship, and creating a fun atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be customer-centric and provide leadership that results in raving customer experiences. The position entails hands on involvement with practices and games among all age groups and skills levels.
Coaching experience is a plus. All candidates must possess strong communication skills. We are a customer service-oriented company so those who have had experience “Wowing†customers have a leg up on the competition.
This is a part-time position that requires weekend work. All applicants are subject to a National Criminal Background check and will be required to become first aid certified.
