IT Portfolio Manager - Customer Facing Systems
Full Time Perm
Way of Work : Hybrid - two days on location
Location : Columbus, OH
Salary : $125,800 - $188,600, plus 15% annual bonus
Relocation Assistance Provided
The IT Customer Application, delivery, and support organization is responsible for the following :
- Supporting all the systems and processes for the customer organization, including Billing, Customer Call center, Customer engagement Channel, etc.
- Delivering on all the projects and programs to help meet the business objectives for the Customer organization
- Supporting all the regulatory and compliance projects
- Supporting the Advance Metering Infrastructure program
The IT Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing highly complex or enterprise-wide IT programs consisting of multiple projects or large transformational projects that span multiple organizations. In this role you will works across IT towers and with the business partners to develop an overall program strategy for a portfolio of work along with the project planning and resourcing needed for execution. You will also be responsible for delivering all projects and enhancements within their portfolio on time and on budget while meeting the strategic and business requirements of the organization.
