Lead IT Analyst
Full Time Perm
Way of Work: Hybrid
Salary: $110,200 - $165,300, plus 10% annual bonus
Location: Columbus, OH or Merrillville, IN
The Work and Asset Management Program (WAM) will drive implementation of industry leading processes supported by best-in-class technology to manage work and assets through work planning and initiation, field scheduling and dispatch, and work execution and closeout. There are 3 integrated IT assets being created; SAP SQ4, Salesforce, and Lemur.
This Lead IT Analyst will be assigned to the Work and Assets Management team.
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Working with the manager to prioritize Jira tickets.
Collaborate with teams across time zones to collect daily ticket status from various teams - SAP, Salesforce, Mulesoft, etc.
Generate reports on the Jira ticket progress to report up to the leadership.
Technical understanding of the criticality of an issue and escalate issues or roadblocks to the leadership.
Collaborate with departments across NiSource - steady state, IT security, etc.
Work in an Agile or waterfall project.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
7 years of experience developing queries to generate JIRA, PowerBI, or Tableau reports
5 years of experience utilizing JIRA
5 years of experience collaborating and communicating with vendors and service providers
5 years of technical experience utilizing Mulesoft, SAP, and/or Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications
Utility experience
JIRA certification
PowerBI certification
Salesforce certification
SAP certification
