Job Summary
The Leader of ISO/ TVC will play a crucial role with the development, deployment, and oversight of the ISO certification and compliance as well as the TVC (Tracible Verifiable & Complete) Documentation., This role is the foundation of ISO /TVC in effectively ensuring a consistent high level of quality, reliability, and performance of services. This role is responsible to uphold and govern compliance to internal and external quality standards and regulatory requirements. The role will be very involved in maintaining and uphold the process aligned to recertify the ISO certification a strong collaboration with the quality improvement optimization and implementation, and ongoing review of process performance results and program standards.

Essential Functions
- Implement and execute the ISO 9001 principles and processes
- Support TVC by monitoring the documentation process flow
- Works collaboratively with process owners and key stakeholders to improve quality outcomes, assure safety, ensure customer satisfaction
- Continuous evaluation of process, data, timeline effectiveness to provide recommendations on increasing effectiveness of results
- Coordinate with Bangs shop personnel and 3rd party CWI to ensure compliance and effective quality control
- Identify, propose, and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to effectively network and build strategic partnerships, both internal and external
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence other
- Monthly data collection to maintain ISO driven quality and performance measures
- Quarterly Management review meetings presenting ISO driven quality and performance measures
- Coordinate 3rd party ISO audit meetings to maintain compliance within the ISO Standard
- Bachelor's Degree in a discipline related to Business Administration, Continuous Improvement, Engineering, Strategy or other relevant area, or equivalent related experience
- 4-6 years of experience in strategy, quality/continuous improvement, operations, finance, or related functional area
- 1-3 years ISO 9001 experience
- Experience interpreting and communicating advanced data sets and analysis
- Proven ability to facilitate multiple projects/tasks while meeting deadlines with quality
- Ability to conduct workshops, influence decisions and facilitate discussions with leadership
- Ability to effectively network and build strategic partnerships, both internal and external
- Knowledge of utility operations (i.e. gas, electric, construction, engineering)
- WMS Docs knowledge
- Experience in continuous improvements
- Certified Change Management Professional Upon Hire
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI Upon Hire
- Lean Six Sigma Certification-IASSC Upon Hire
