This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager of Talent Acquisition based in Columbus, OH. The Manager of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, managing the recruitment process, sourcing and acquiring top talent, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. The role includes overseeing all stages of the recruitment cycle, promoting employer branding, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
