Print Center Customer Service Representative
Reports to Post & Print Manager
Job Description
Provides general office and product production support for Nisqually Post & Print. The Print Center CS Representative will be responsible for answering incoming calls and emails, mail distribution and intake, flow of correspondence, and customer support.
Essential Functions

1. Responding to calls and emails, including taking detailed messages and orders.
2. Labeling and processing mail and packages.
3. Operation of print center machinery, including, but not limited to, copiers, fax machine, drill presses, cutters, etc.
4. Packaging of finished products for distribution.
5. Daily closing duties, including, but not limited to, register reconciliation and office closure procedures.
Competencies
1. Customer Service.
2. Basic knowledge of Print Center machinery.
3. Basic knowledge of office software.
4. Cash handling.
Work Environment
This job operates in a retail production shop setting. This role uses office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, electric cutters, drill presses and printing machinery.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and/or crouching. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This position will be Monday-Friday, full-time hours. Hours of work will be 10am – 6pm.
Preferred Experience
1. Minimum of 2 years of retail and sales, preferably in an office setting.
Rate of Pay
- $17.25/hour
