Customer Service Rep for our Service Department
Must be available to switch schedules based on need.
Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 4:00PM - Must be available for 1 Saturday a month 7am - 4pm
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM - Must be available for 1 Saturday a month 7am - 4pm
Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM - Must be available for 1 Saturday a month 7am - 4pm
$17.00 - $19.00 depending on experience.

Position Overview:
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, surrounded by a supportive team dedicated to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet clients and create a welcoming atmosphere in our dealership.
- Process cash, credit, and check transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Work with warranty companies to process payments and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the soda machine and uphold the tidiness of the workspace.
- Schedule service appointments and provide knowledgeable recommendations to meet client needs.
- Close repair orders and reconcile financial transactions with attention to detail.
- Uphold the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Complete balance statements and close out the cash till at the end of each day.
- Other work as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cashiering or customer service roles preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of automotive industry terminology and processes is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
