We're seeking an e-planning Engineer to join our Farmington Hills, MI team.

This role will lead cross-functional teams to review open electrical issues and quality development by collecting, reviewing, and determining system impact for electronic component changes within a vehicle system.

A Day in the Life :

• Lead Quality Development : Lead the advanced quality development of electrical components and systems.
• Development Tracking : Monitor and track the development status of projects.
• Validation Coordination : Coordinate vehicle validation activities.
• Milestone Reporting : Report milestone events to management.
• Report Preparation : Prepare and present reports using the Microsoft Office Suite, focusing on Excel and PowerPoint.
• Continuous Improvement : Create and implement continuous improvement activities to benefit both the customer and the company.
• International Communication : Effectively communicate and collaborate with international affiliates in Japan and Mexico to execute project development.

Who We're Looking For :

Firm understanding of automotive technology, engineering practices, and project management, with a hands-on background in the automotive industry.
