- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements.
- Repair and replace faulty components, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and dealership policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with automotive service and repair.
- Ability to perform alignments and other specialized services effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers effectively.
- Virginia State Inspection License is a plus!
