- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Showcase vehicle features and conduct test drives
- Utilize sales techniques to negotiate and close deals
- Maintain a strong understanding of current inventory and promotions
- Follow up with leads and maintain a sales pipeline
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
*Qualifications*
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Automotive experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to upsell products and services effectively
- Proficient in math for pricing and financing discussions
- Familiarity with cold calling and outbound sales techniques
- Organizational skills to manage customer information and sales documentation
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on building relationships
- Knowledge of the automotive market trends and products

Pay: $67,403.00 - $85,000.00 per year
