Automotive Service Porter

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Porter to join our team. As a Service Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are parked safely and efficiently while also assisting guests with their needs. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest services.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles.
• Safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Provide valet parking services, ensuring vehicles are parked in designated areas.
• Communicate effectively with guests to understand their needs and provide assistance as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area.
• Assist with the delivery of vehicles to customers, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall guest experience.
• Uphold company standards for hospitality and customer service at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
• Familiarity with valet parking procedures is a plus.
• Experience as a delivery driver or in a dealership setting is advantageous.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as effective communication is key in this role.
• A valid driver’s license is required, with a clean driving record.
