Responsibilities
- Coach sales team on proper closing techniques through training and active participation
- Manage all showroom activities for a large sales team
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction Scores are maintained at maximum standards
- Spend time with customers to determine their needs, discuss vehicle options, and assist sales team members in closing deals
- Assist Sales Manager with daily, weekly training meeting with sales staff
- Assist in coaching both new and experienced sales reps on best practices for improving performance.
- Assist with delivery procedures and ensure delivery includes an introduction to the service department and scheduling of the first service appointment.
