Express Service Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Express Service Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and experience in vehicle maintenance and repair. As an Express Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine services on customer vehicles in a timely and proffessional manner. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of safety and performance for our clients' vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Execute maintenance while ensuring quality workmanship.
• Align wheels and adjust suspension systems as needed.
• Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively during repairs.
• Perform vehicle safety & health inspections while documenting findings digitally.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Communicate with customers regarding their vehicle's condition, repair needs, and service recommendations.
• Keep detailed records of services performed on each vehicle.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various vehicle systems.
• Familiarity with automotive tools and software.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Comfortable with Windows PC Based computers for digital documentation.
• Proficient in using power tools and equipment related to automotive repair.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive repair are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
