Duties
- Develop and manage a territory sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients, introducing our products and services effectively.
- Engage in B2B sales activities, building strong relationships with businesses in the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking efforts.
- Manage existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and exploring upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in territory management or similar sales roles is preferred.
- Strong skills in cold calling and inside sales techniques.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and managing client relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with upselling strategies and techniques is a plus.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
