Position Summary: Responsible for directing shipping and receiving associates in day-to-day warehouse tasks to include inventory accuracy. Work in accordance with identified company goals to obtain optimum efficiencies.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain operations of day-to-day business.
- Responsible for the activities of materials handlers
- Keep flow of inbound and outbound product efficient and accurate
- Support warehouse supervisor
- Communicate and direct associates based on daily goals assigned by management
- Ensures all associates follow 5S and Safety standards
- Maintain productive departments
- Maintain a safe work environment for all associates
- Communicate continuous improvement ideas that can impact productivity
- Has the authority and responsibility to report non-conformity product
- Assist with ISO training programs and processes

Required Education, Experience and Certifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Three or more years of experience in a warehouse or related business environment
- Experience managing groups of associates in a warehouse environment
- RF Scanner experience
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience
- Powered Industrial Truck Certificate (PIT)
- Proficient computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Word
Preferred Education, Experience and Certifications
- Driver License endorsement to drive vehicle with gross weight of 26,000 pounds or less
