Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Tool and DIe Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong plastics injection tooling knowledge and experience within a manufacturing facility environment. The Tool and Die Technician will be responsible for performing various tool related tasks, including basic tooling PM as well as welding and manufacturing components needed for tools, while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Perform welding tasks as required for repairs and maintenance.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot and resolve tool issues.
- Conduct routine inspections of tools and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members on technical issues, providing expertise as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong tooling knowledge with hands-on experience in an injection molding manufacturing facility.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.
- Experience with welding techniques is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand schematics effectively.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential.
