What You'll Do
Product Management is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of IT products delivered to our customers; business associates, and consumers, from inception to retirement.
The job family manages the relationship between WS business functions and IT to provide IT product and user experience solutions to meet the needs of the business.
Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide product and user experience solutions to meet the business needs
Develops high-level business requirements and translates them into functional specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such specifications
Prepares requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations
Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures
Resolves a wide range of issues in innovative and practical ways
Strong knowledge of product management best practices, functional design, and application delivery methodology
Understands basic project management methodology
Customer-focused with high-quality standards
Demonstrates strong interpersonal, business communication, and writing skills
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions

What You Know
Proven experience in the retail industry, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of retail operations, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
Proficiency in Salesforce, e-commerce, with experience in both Mobile B2B (Business to Business) environments, showcasing the ability to navigate online retail platforms effectively.
Demonstrated experience in successfully launching mobile applications, including overseeing the development, testing, and deployment phases to ensure a seamless user experience.
Strong track record in managing stakeholders across functions, effectively communicating with diverse teams, and aligning strategies to achieve project objectives.
Experience in working within enterprise settings, navigating cross-functional and cross-domain environments to deliver projects of diverse scope and complexity.
Ability to thrive in projects of diverse scope and complexity, demonstrating adaptability, problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking to drive successful project outcomes.
Education
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
