Make a real difference in the lives of your patients by helping them reach their full potentials. Dedicated caseloads will include a mix of Part B in-house patients.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a passionate clinician with excellent clinical skills who is dedicated to the highest levels of evidence-based outcomes for those we have the honor of treating. The candidate :
- Must love the senior living population
- Must have a creative interdisciplinary approach to patient care.
New to the LTC / SNF field or a newly graduated OT / COTA? We have an incredible mentorship program to help launch your career into this fastest-growing field of healthcare.
Education : Degree from an accredited COTA program required or graduated from an Occupational Therapy Graduate program.
Licensure : Licensed in the State of Iowa or in process of application, CPR certification
