Position Overview
Nite-Lite Signs is seeking a highly motivated and independent individual that will be responsible for the installation of signs. This position requires a hard-working, self-directed individual with an ability to carry out oral and written instructions. In this fast-paced industry, quality workmanship is the key to our success; therefore, the entire installation staff must be team oriented and self-motivated and committed to providing the highest quality of work.

Key Duties and responsibilities
- Evaluate work areas and conditions for installation
- Work on ladders drilling into walls, mounting signs and going inside the attic to electrically connect the sign
- Apply digital graphics and vinyl
- Servicing of existing signs
- Ability to travel out of town overnight
- Organize and schedule work to be done
- Keeps all materials, tools and equipment in an orderly fashion
- Instruct and demonstrate safe operation of equipment
- Installation Technician must adhere to safety guidelines and requirements in the performance of their duties
- Recognize possible safety issues and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work with limited supervision
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Lift and/or carry 50lbs
- Have a clean driving record
- Stand, walk, squat and/or kneel for extended periods throughout working day
- Perform routine installation tasks while on ladder or lifting above head
- Accurately read and use tape measure and level
- Operate various small power/hand tools
- Must have good written and oral communication skills
- Organize, prioritize, and problem solve independently
- Ability to climb and work from 30 foot ladder for 10-20 minutes
- Not afraid of heights
