Hours : M-F 10am-5 pm daily - Ho urs may change in the Summer (After 5 / 12 / 2025)
8 am-5 : 30 pm Monday through Thursday with ½ day Friday working from home
Job Description
Working in the Card office handling mail and answering card questions. This person should be professional-looking in dress and speak. It would be clerical but some hands-on duties as well.
Responsibilities : - Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with product information - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Follow company policies and procedures to maintain high-quality service standards
Qualifications : - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills - Proficient in data entry with attention to detail - Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
