What are the responsibilities and job description for the RADIOLOGY TECHNICIAN position at NITELINES USA, INC?
NEEDED: RADIOLOGY TECHNICIAN
LOCATION: 4200 Bureau Road North, Terre Haute, Indiana 47808
STATUS: PRN - As Needed
SCHEDULE / HOURS: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
QUALIFICATIONS:
- U.S. Citizen
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of Radiographic Technology
- Must be licensed to take x-rays and provide a copy of ARRT licensure.
- Must have at least one year of prior experience
- Shall be certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) in accordance with the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform X-ray procedures on patients referred by Health Services staff.
- Maintain X-ray film, files, and/or dictated reports as needed on all patients referred for evaluation.
- Document and scan into BEMR.
- Provide recommendations for further diagnostic testing and/or treatment to the Clinical Director who will retain professional responsibility for patients referred.
- Will wear appropriate attire, to include scrubs that are dark blue, burgundy, or grey.
