NEEDED : Radiology (X-Ray) Technologist

LOCATION : 2600 South 2nd Street, Pekin, IL 61554

  • Copy of Rad Tech License / ARRT
  • Copy of current BLS (If currently applicable)

STATUS : PRN

SCHEDULE :   Eight (8) hours per week, Monday - Friday, between 7 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm; excluding Federal holidays.

REQUIREMENTS :
  • US Citizen
  • Must be American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) certified.
  • Preferred) two (2) years of hospital experience or two (2) years of ambulatory care experience.

    • DESCRIPTION :

  • Diagnostic / screening radiologic services to inmates identified by clinical staff as needed.
  • Perform taking and processing x-ray studies though the CR imaging system as clinically needed.
  • Pertinent patient information will be documented and will be entered as needed and as required.
  • Retrieve, maintain, file and monitor all reports and results.
  • Participate in management assessment and Improving Organization Performance studies as required by the Bureau of Prisons standards.
