We're seeking a highly motivated Aftermarket Supervisor to join our team and work 2nd shift. As an Aftermarket Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our aftermarket operations, ensuring efficient processes, and driving customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities:
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including IATF, ISO, ISMS, TISAX, and safety regulations
- Promote a customer-focused culture throughout the organization
- Serve as an emergency First Responder
- Supervise and manage a team of associates
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments
- Develop and maintain work instructions for applicable areas
- Provide training and ensure all certifications are up-to-date
- Optimize time management within applicable areas
- Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions
- Assist with SAP computer issues
- Support inventory control functions
Who we are Looking for:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum four years of combined post-secondary education and/or relevant work experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational, planning, and administrative abilities
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to see and hear (with correction)
- Ability to communicate verbally
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and operating a computer
- Safety shoes and hi-visibility apparel required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and 51-75 lbs with assistance
