Responsibilities
- Cultivate and expand relationships with national retail accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve ambitious growth objectives.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand needs, provide solutions, and ensure exceptional service.
- Conduct regular sales calls (in-person and via phone) to existing accounts, identifying new opportunities and driving sales.
- Accurately forecast product demand and manage budgets effectively.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity, providing valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
- Participate in industry trade shows and events, showcasing Niterra products and building brand awareness.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including IATF, ISO, ISMS, TISAX, QMS, J-Sox, and safety regulations.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and key account activities.
- Successful sales experience selling products to customers like those of NTK
- Previous sales management experience in the Semiconductor Materials Industry
- Experience managing a sales office and personnel
- Proficiently communicate in writing and verbally using the English language
- Bachelor’s degree or nine (5) years equivalent experience in electronic sales
- Knowledge of fields and disciplines required for comprehending the products, materials, procedures, process analysis, and Q. A. functions of NTK Package Solutions products
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
Sales & Marketing Management
- Lead and support the inside sales team to achieve sales targets through customer outreach, qualification, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
- Maintain post-sale customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate sales representatives, providing regular feedback, coaching, and performance appraisals.
- Establish quotas and support sales representatives with customer visits, pricing negotiations, and sales strategies.
- Assist NTK Ceramic and GHQ with new business development initiatives.
- Communicate customer needs and market trends to San Jose and Japan offices to inform NTK marketing strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas for assigned accounts.
- Conduct effective sales calls, maintain up-to-date customer records, and qualify prospects based on needs, budget, and product fit.
- Stay informed on industry trends and customer requirements to serve as a trusted advisor.
- Office Management & Administration
- Support office operations in compliance with Niterra North America Headquarters policies and procedures.
- Escalate personnel-related issues to the General Manager (GM) and HR as needed.
