About the Role:
Niterra is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Control Analyst to join our team. This critical role will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and contributing to continuous improvement within our inventory control processes. Essential Duties:
- Conduct daily inventory cycle counts.
- Develop and maintain an inventory cycle counting schedule, ensuring all materials are counted within the fiscal year.
- Coordinate and participate in daily physical inventories.
- Investigate and reconcile inventory cycle discrepancies, documenting and adjusting as necessary.
- Identify procedures and activities to reduce inventory-related problems and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and communicate process enhancements, performing root cause analysis on discrepancies and recommending solutions.
- Compile and design reports for management, publishing weekly and quarterly inventory metrics.
- Monitor product identification, location, and lot code accuracy; determine sampling frequency.
- Collaborate with multiple departments and personnel to investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Demonstrate a full understanding of SAP, including work order consumption, creation, and timely closing, data gathering, component movement, inventory control, BOMs, and routing.
- Possess an understanding of CASCO.
- Maintain flexibility to work variable shifts and overtime when needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including IATF, ISO, ISMS, and Safety-related policies.
