We're seeking a highly motivated Key Account Specialist to manage and grow our relationships with key accounts in the automotive aftermarket. This role is crucial to our continued success, and you'll play a vital part in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence.

What You'll Do:
- Own the Relationship: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with assigned key accounts, becoming their trusted advisor.
- Drive Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand business within key accounts. This includes managing promotions, optimizing inventory, and identifying new opportunities.
- Provide Expertise: Offer technical knowledge and support to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits of Niterra products.
- Train & Educate: Assist in developing and delivering training programs for shop owners, counter persons, and technicians, enhancing their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Market & Promote: Create and implement marketing plans tailored to key accounts, maximizing sales potential. Participate in trade shows and other industry events.
- Collaborate & Support: Work closely with the National and Key Account teams, as well as headquarters, on special projects and initiatives. Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to the sales and marketing teams.
- Manage Inventory: Collaborate with the team to align customer inventory with market demands.
- Stay Updated: Keep customers informed about new products and product lines.
- Report & Analyze: Prepare regular reports, including monthly sales forecasts, and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety, IATF16949, and J-SOX.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree, continuing education, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket.
- 3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving sales growth.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM tools (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel (including by public transportation) and lift up to 40 pounds.
