About the Role:

We're seeking a talented North American Logistics Manager to join our team. As a Logistics Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, managing, and optimizing our transportation operations to support our inbound and outbound material movement.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic transportation plans for domestic and international shipments
- Conduct lane analysis to identify and select the most suitable carriers
- Negotiate favorable pricing agreements for parcel, LTL, and FTL shipments
- Track industry trends and benchmarks to support corporate objectives
- Serve as a corporate resource for specialized freight moves, data requirements, and customer shipment issue resolution
- Monitor transportation activity, quality of service, delivery times, and costs
- Establish and manage the annual transportation operating budget
- Analyze data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Who We are Looking For:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, accounting, or inventory management
- Logistics Manager with Transportation management expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software
- SAP experience preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Knowledge of transportation laws, regulations, and ISO requirements
