We need someone with an engineering background (or experience) to solve problems, improve processes, and manage projects. You'll use your expertise with software and design tools to analyze data, create parts, and ensure top quality production.
Responsibilities : Essential Duties :
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures which include IATF, ISO, ISMS, and Safety related policies
- Ability to implement assigned Kaizens (continuous improvements), machine modifications, or cost saving projects as found or assigned
- Assembles and disassembles product as needed for testing
- Compiles and analyzes statistical data (SPC, correlation, time studies etc.) to improve production or equipment efficiencies
- Produces experimental parts and runs tests on equipment
- Reviews analyzes, and provides engineering advice on equipment specifications and procedures
- Provides special project coordination
- Utilize a 3D printer to create spare parts or prototypes used in improvement projects
- Ability to use Microsoft Office to provide detailed reporting of cost savings, efficiency gains, etc., on completed projects
- Ability to read and program PLC based controls;
- Interface effectively with other departments, suppliers, and customers
- Perform all work in accordance with quality, environmental and regulatory procedures and guidelines

Academic Skills / Knowledge / Experience :
High School Diploma or GED required.
BS in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering required (Will consider 5 years of engineering related work experience in lieu of degree)
Advanced computer skills required
MS Office experience required
AutoCAD or Inventor experience required
