Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Utilize persuasive communication techniques to effectively close sales and achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving the closing process.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle, addressing any concerns or questions promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Close deals (bigger deals)
- Oversee and hold sales team accountable
- Travel to clients a few times a month
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, demonstrating a strong ability to close deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse clientele.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
