Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a Key Holder - Person In Charge. Reporting directly to the General Manager, This role is crucial to the smooth operation of our facility, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience while maintaining safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Opening and Closing Duties: Responsible for managing the opening and closing procedures of the facility, ensuring all systems are operational at the start and end of each day.
- Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and addressing any concerns to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Safety Oversight: Enforce safety protocols for both guests and staff. Conduct regular checks of the track and equipment.
- Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate the team during shifts. Provide guidance and support to ensure staff performance meets company standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of necessary supplies and equipment, submitting orders as needed.
- Cash Handling: Ensure accurate and secure handling of cash and financial transactions during shifts.
- Problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or key holder role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures. Understanding of basic financial transactions and cash handling.
- Availability: Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Age: Candidate must be 21 Years Old
