Responsibilities: General front desk and reception duties, greeting patients, checking patients in, managing phones and scheduling, verify patient insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for procedures Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and billing information - Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve billing discrepancies or issues.
