You'll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of commercial roofing and construction projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
- Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and Nitro team members to maintain schedules and project efficiency.
- Ensure all work meets company and industry standards while maintaining safety compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project budgets, control expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Address on-site challenges quickly and efficiently, keeping projects on track.
- Utilize project management software (JobNimbus) to track progress, communicate, and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Prior experience in commercial project management within the construction or roofing industry is preferred.
- Leadership skills and ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and vendors effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with clients and team members.
- Quick thinking and proactive approach to handling challenges.
- Understanding of commercial roofing and construction processes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (Preferred, Not Required). Spanish-speaking skills are a plus for better communication with crews.
- A valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
- Full Time Position
- Competitive salary at $75,000 to $85,000, based on experience.
