We are seeking a Residential Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and manage roofing, siding, and gutter projects. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong leader, and highly organized professional who can manage construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality project completion.

This is a full-time role requiring on-site presence in New Bremen, OH and occasional travel to job sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of residential roofing, siding, and gutter projects to ensure successful completion.
• Manage construction sites with strict adherence to quality control protocols.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and Nitro team members to maintain project schedules and efficiency.
• Ensure all work meets company and industry safety standards.
• Monitor project budgets, control expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Address on-site challenges quickly and efficiently to keep projects on track.
• Utilize project management software (JobNimbus) to track progress, communicate, and maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Travel from the office to job sites as needed to oversee progress, distribute materials, and ensure site readiness.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in project management within the roofing or construction industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• A proactive approach to handling challenges and maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Understanding of roofing, siding, and gutter installation practices.
• Ability to work outdoors, climb ladders, and handle heights comfortably.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in roofing sales, door-to-door sales, or insurance claims is beneficial but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
• A valid driver's license (company truck provided).
• OSHA 30 certification is preferred.

Work Schedule:

• 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts as needed
• Monday to Friday, with some weekends as necessary
• Travel to job sites within the New Bremen, OH area
