As a Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in helping homeowners and businesses find the best roofing solutions while building long-term relationships and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads by actively seeking new sales opportunities through door-knocking, canvassing, networking, and referrals in targeted areas.
- Conduct inspections and consultations by meeting with homeowners and business owners to evaluate their roofing needs, assess storm damage, and explain repair or replacement options.
- Present estimates and close deals by delivering detailed and transparent project estimates, handling objections, and guiding clients through the sales process with confidence.
- Follow up and maintain customer relationships by staying engaged with potential and existing clients, ensuring they receive excellent service from initial contact to project completion.
- Utilize CRM and sales tools by documenting all sales activities, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM to ensure smooth handoffs and accurate record-keeping.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently achieving goals in annual sales and upholding company performance standards.
- Attend sales meetings and training by participating in weekly team meetings, goal reviews, and ongoing training sessions to sharpen sales skills and stay informed about industry trends.
- Promote Nitro Roofing & Construction by representing the company professionally in the community, maintaining a positive attitude, and actively seeking ways to enhance brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. Prior sales experience is a plus but not required; we provide training for motivated candidates.
- Competitive and self-driven with the ability to set and achieve ambitious goals while managing a personal sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, handle objections, and present roofing solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
- Comfortable with door-to-door and field sales, including canvassing neighborhoods, knocking on doors, and generating self-sourced leads.
- Physically capable of safely climbing ladders and inspecting roofs as needed for the sales process.
- Tech-savvy and organized with familiarity with CRM software, preferably JobNimbus, and the ability to track and manage leads effectively.
- Adaptable and resilient with the ability to adjust to changing processes, new technologies, and shifting priorities in a fast-growing company.
- Strong work ethic and team player mentality, contributing to a collaborative and success-driven culture.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for frequent travel within designated service areas.
What We Offer:
- Full Time Position
- Uncapped Commission. Base commission of 10% on all sales, plus up to 2% bonus for self-generated leads.
- $500 per week training stipend for the first 10 weeks while you ramp up.
- Performance Bonuses. Extra .05% commission for sales over $210K/month.
