Barista

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for all things Caffeine and a commitment to providing exceptional service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will involve using various equipment and techniques to prepare drinks while adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks.
• Assist with food preparation and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
• Handle POSS register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Stay informed about menu items and promotions to effectively upsell products.

Experience

• Previous experience in a barista or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $8.00 - $15.00 per hour
