Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers, offer assistance, provide accurate change, and thank each customer for their visit.
* Suggestive selling all merchandise within the store to increase sales revenue.
* Fulfill any customer request, ensuring 100% satisfaction.
Fast Food Operations:
* Prepare sandwiches, hoagies, and salads according to recipe (hot or cold).
* Prepare hot food items from the roller grill and steam table according to recipe.
* Fulfill any special customer requests.
Equipment Operation:
* Responsible for the total operation of the cash register, money order machine, video computers, lottery machines, and all equipment pertaining to the sale of gasoline.
* Responsible for the total operation of all deli and fast food equipment.
Housekeeping:
* Sweep and mop all floors within the store, and sweep the parking lot daily.
* Clean and sanitize all equipment inside and out of each location.
* Clean and face shelves, coolers, displays, and counter areas.
