What will you do as the Sales Manager?
- Develop a thorough understanding of company products, services, processes, and requirements
- Generate and forward leads to staff that come in through Company resources such as phone calls, emails, website inquiries, referrals, cold calls, etc.
- Focus on building relationships with current and potential customers
- Assist, train, and supervise Sales Representatives
- Collaborate with other NCP department heads in the ongoing effort to improve quality and efficiency
What are the knowledge, skills, and abilities we are looking for?
- Business to business sales experience; construction sales experience preferred
- Experience managing and directing a sales team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field a plus
Where and when will you be working?
The Sales Manager will work out of our corporate office in Chambersburg, PA. This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday, from 8:00 to 4:30.
