Job Description
Nitterhouse Masonry & Hardware Supply is searching for a highly motivated, professional Full Time Masonry Sales Specialist to join our growing brand.
Position involves both Inside and Outside Sales. Position also includes waiting on contractors, masons, and homeowners; estimating projects; entering orders into the computer; answering phones, as well as assisting customers in the hardware store.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to every customer and contractor.
- Develop meaningful relationships with customers.
- Follow up on leads to close the sale.
- Understand and demonstrate the products and services that we offer.
- Meet sales goals and objectives set.
- Exhibit great selling skills to increase overall sales.
- Must have a positive attitude.
- Must be highly motivated and hard working.
- Must be very professional.
- Must be reliable and dependable.
Required Experience:
- Sales/Customer Service: 2 years
- Construction: highly desired
Required Education:
- High School or equivalent
