Job Description
Nitterhouse Masonry & Hardware Supply is searching for a highly motivated, professional Full Time Store Sales Associate to join our growing brand.
Position involves waiting on contractors, masons, and homeowners; estimating projects; entering orders into the computer; answering phones; assisting customers in the hardware store; mixing paint; cutting keys; stocking shelves, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to every customer and contractor
- Develop meaningful relationships with customers
- Follow up on leads to close the sale
- Understand and demonstrate the products and services that we offer
- Meet sales goals and objectives set
- Exhibit great selling skills to increase overall sales
- Must have a positive attitude
- Must be highly motivated and hard working
- Must be very professional
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Required Education: High School or equivalent
