Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Infrastructure Tester specializing in OpenShift or WindRiver environments. You will be responsible for validating cloud deployments, focusing on TCP/UDP traffic testing, F5 AspenMesh, and F5 service proxy testing. A deep understanding of Kubernetes and shell scripting is crucial for this role.
Responsibilities:
· Cloud Deployment Validation: Design and execute test cases to validate the functionality, performance, and security of cloud deployments on OpenShift or WindRiver platforms.
· Traffic Testing: Conduct rigorous TCP/UDP traffic testing to ensure reliable and efficient network communication within the cloud environment.
· F5 Expertise: Utilize your expertise in F5 AspenMesh and F5 service proxy to test and validate service mesh functionalities, including traffic routing, security policies, and observability.
· Kubernetes Proficiency: Leverage your deep understanding of Kubernetes concepts, architecture, and tools to effectively test and troubleshoot deployments.
· Shell Scripting: Develop and execute shell scripts for automating test cases, managing test environments, and analyzing test results.
· Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with developers, operations teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the quality and reliability of cloud deployments.
Skills & Requirements:
· Cloud Platforms: Proven experience with OpenShift or WindRiver platforms, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
· Networking Protocols: Strong understanding of TCP/UDP protocols and experience with network traffic analysis tools (e.g., tcpdump, Wireshark).
· F5 Technologies: Hands-on experience with F5 AspenMesh and/or F5 service proxy, including configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
· Kubernetes Expertise: Deep knowledge of Kubernetes concepts, such as pods, services, deployments, namespaces, and resource management.
· Scripting Skills: Proficiency in shell scripting (Bash, Zsh) for test automation and environment management.
