Salesforce AI Development Lead (Onshore) Overview: The Development Lead will be responsible for leading the development efforts for Service Cloud Voice and Agentforce implementation.
This role requires strong technical expertise, responsiveness to business needs and the ability to capture requirements effectively from stakeholders.
The lead will coordinate with offshore developers to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Analysis
o Engage with business stakeholders to understand an document technical and functional requirements
o Collaborate with service cloud voice teams to align business needs with technical solutions
o Ensure that AI driven automation, voice authentication and call summaries align with business objectives
o Lead development of Agent force capabilities
o Architect solutions leveraging Salesforce Einstein AI, Apex, LWC and Flows
o Oversee any Api integrations with external or 3rd party systems
o Ensure implementation, risk guardrails and call automation.
Collaboration & Offshore coordination
o Act as bridge between business and offshore team
o Provide clear development tasks, monitor progress and ensure timely delivery
o Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
Responsiveness & Issue Resolution
o Proactively address technical challenges & blockers
o Ensure real time support and quick turnaround on change or fixes
o Facilitate demos and show case progress to stakeholders Required Skills

o Service Cloud Voice, Agent force and Omni Channel
o AI Driven automation using Einstein Bots & AI models
o Case Management, Call Routing and voice analysis
o Experience in NLP integrations
