1. Overall 10 years of experience including 3 experience Appian design & Development
2. Hands On experience on Appian
3. Should able to design complex application, Solution approach & demonstrate to customer
4. Guide team in the implementation & solving technical challenges
5. Strong communication skills
6. Knowledge of DotNet and API integration is preferred
