As an AWS Architect (Backend Expert) with 15 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and architecting cloud-native backend solutions using AWS, Python, and Java. You will focus on microservices development, infrastructure design, automation, and performance optimization.
AWS Architecture & Cloud Strategy
Architect and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective AWS-based solutions for backend applications.
Design serverless and containerized microservices architectures using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, EKS, and Fargate.
Optimize AWS cost and performance using best practices like auto-scaling, caching, and serverless design.
Design high-availability (HA) and fault-tolerant architectures using AWS multi-region strategies.
Backend Development & Microservices
Develop scalable microservices using Python (Flask, FastAPI) and Java (Spring Boot, Quarkus).
Implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs with AWS API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, and RDS.
Work on event-driven architectures using AWS SQS, SNS, EventBridge, and Step Functions.
Optimize and refactor legacy monolithic applications into cloud-native microservices.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & Automation
Automate cloud deployments using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and AWS CDK.
Write Python scripts to automate AWS tasks like EC2 provisioning, IAM policies, S3 management, and cost monitoring.
Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
Containerize applications using Docker and deploy on EKS (Kubernetes) or ECS.
