Location : Palo Alto, CA 94304 (100% Day 1 Onsite)
Required skills and qualifications.
- Ten or more years of experience in analytics and systems development
- High proficiency with SQL and Analytical Queries (5 Years) , Able to write queries on the spot in the interview based on scenario
- Strong Programming skills with Python (5 years) and able to provide snippets of code on the fly during interview process.
- Experience in Data modeling tools like Erwin and Idera.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
Responsibilities.
- 10 years of experience as a business Analyst to drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through profiling and evaluation of Data and Source systems
- Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels
- Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels
- Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development
- Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability
- Partner with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams
- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties
- Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
- Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems
- Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.
- Develop Tableau dashboards that meet the client s requirements and build effective Tableau visualizations to uncover trends in data.
- Integrate Tableau with various data sources and write complex SQL queries and design data models.
- Perform data exploration and analysis, Identify additional data patterns and correlations.
- Optimize the Tableau dashboards for faster loading time and improved performance.
- Test and troubleshoot Tableau applications and Provide user support by answering queries and troubleshooting issues
