Location: Hartford, CT/Bridgewater NJ/Raleigh, NC/Indianapolis, IN/Richardson, TX/Tempe, AZ (ONSITE)
What Client is looking for?
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree and above
- 07 Years of experience in US Healthcare and in Benefit Configuration
- Experience with medical plan benefit configuration using the Facets system
- Excellent US Healthcare knowledge in Benefits coding and validation
- 2 years' experience working with Medicare provider configuration
- health insurer experience handling provider billing/co-payments/co-insurance
- 4 years of claims issue resolution or other areas of Facets configuration
- 4 years' experience working with Facets database tables and configuration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Computer proficiency including, but not limited to, ability to learn new computer system applications.
- Good Analytical and problem-solving skills 3 4-year overall experience in US healthcare plans handling BIM and facets configuration process.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing team members covering benefit coding principles, Facets configuration guidelines.
- Provide hands-on training sessions on the utilization of the Facets system for benefit configuration.
