Client is seeking Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation Functional Consultant with Implementation and Application Support experience. The position primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and responsible for successfully implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation modules in Agile mode. This position will be responsible for leading the discussions for the design and development of all the associated components such as Data migration, integrations, and reports for Compensation area. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
Candidates must be located within commuting distance of Atlanta, GA or must be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US.
At least 8 years of Information Technology experience

Preferred Qualifications:
8 years of experience with Implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules
4 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation module
Hands on experience in working on Oracle Global HR Cloud for US
Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
Candidate should be proficient in all the Compensation Processes
Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Compensation and other modules
Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader.
Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
Experience managing team size of 5 would be a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
