Job Title: Technical Support Representative Google Cloud Platform /GKE
Duration: Full Time Role
Location: Phoenix, AZ (onsite)
What Client is looking for?
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
At least 3 years of experience with one or more of the Google Cloud Platform Infrastructure technologies such as Compute
Engine, Kubernetes, Security, DevOps etc.
Google Cloud (Google Cloud Platform) Certified Associate Cloud Engineer.
Good hands on experience with Kubernetes Advanced.
Basic understanding of IaC offerings such as Terraform would be a plus.
Understand customer issues, advocate for their needs with internal teams, including product and engineering teams.
This is an on-call rotation role, it may require candidate to work in shifts and on weekends depending on project s requirement.
Preferred Qualifications:
Willing to work in production support environment.
Strong communication and Analytical skills.
Strong technical communication skills.
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
Experience on Infrastructure as code - Basic.
