Qualifications and Experience
1 years in a medical office
Certified Clinical Medical Assistant
Experience with EMR (electronic medical records), medical terminology
Preferred experience - CCME, Phlebotomy, ASW, PRP, Nerve Stimulation
Responsibilities
Greeting patients and assisting with measuring vital signs and collecting health history by taking vital signs.
Interviews patients and documents basic medical history
Perform phlebotomy with an understanding of proper patient identification methods and requirements about drawing blood, handling fluid samples and use of relevant medical equipment and material
Assist with medical exams and minor procedures
Prepare and maintains clean, warm and inviting examination rooms and medical instruments for patient visits
Provide top-notch customer service exemplifying NIVA Health's core values
Other duties as assigned at the discretion of management
Pay Structure, Perks and Benefits
Annual pay based on results for this position is comprised of a base pay and bonuses. Typical base is around $33,280 - $41,600 ($18 - $20) with average bonuses of $5,000 to $10,000 annually. Our top achievers can earn $25,000 or more based on results.
