Clinical Program Manager - Wound Care

NIVA Health is seeking a Clinical Program Manager for our Wound Care division. This dynamic leader will spearhead clinical processes, drive staff development, and ensure quality care for our patients. Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Staff Development
• Provide leadership and direction to clinical teams across multiple locations.
• Manage a team of Providers specializing in advanced wound care.
• Quality & Compliance
• Ensure clinical teams maintain technical proficiency through annual skills assessments.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives based on quality and outcome metrics.
• Develop and enforce protocols for advanced wound care procedures, such as allografting, debridement, mist therapy, and wound vacs.
• Operational Management
• Oversee supply ordering and inventory to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage team performance, reporting progress to the Vice President of Wound Care.
• Collaborate on new initiatives and quality assurance programs.
• Field Support
• Assist Providers with complex cases in mobile wound care as needed.
• Coordinate with case management for Provider coverage.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse Licensure.
• Strong wound care experience (advanced procedures preferred).
• Proven leadership experience managing clinical staff.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient care and continuous improvement.

Work Environment

• Primary worksite in the clinic.
• Some travel required to assist with patient visits in their homes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
