NIVA Health is the preferred post-acute wound care partner for home health, hospitals, physicians, and families nationwide. Our mission is to provide exceptional care and unparalleled service, and we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Wound care Referral Development Representative to contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly Personal Production Goals and MC admit budgets for assigned locations.
  • Execute a weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategy to increase market share through key account development, including prospecting/diversification and call frequency/routing.
  • Plan activities to maximize territory coverage of both existing and prospective accounts.
  • Conduct effective sales calls, identifying and meeting the needs of the referral community, and clearly communicating the features and benefits of NIVA Health.
  • Collaborate with the Outreach and Sales Director to drive a vision of growth aligned with the needs and expectations of the referral community and patients.
  • Perform sales administration duties, including CRM management, expense entry compliance, and adherence to Policies and Procedures.
  • Be a good steward of the company's financial resources by managing the Sales and Marketing expense budget.
  • Educate the medical community about our organization's services through effective sales calls and inservices.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and selfmotivation.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Two to three years of successful Home Health, Hospice, or Healthcare sales experience required.
  • Valid State Driver's License.
  • Must have a personal vehicle with proof of current Auto Liability Insurance.
  • Positive rapport with patients and staff.
  • Compliance with Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
  • Participation in quality improvement programs.

Salary Range:

Total Compensation: $75,000 - $200,000 per year, including a competitive base salary and an uncapped commission structure. The final package will depend on experience, performance, and sales success. Additional benefits included.

Salary : $75,000 - $200,000
